1. Our copyright approach

Lumino StudioZ respects the intellectual-property rights of creators, developers, publishers, artists, photographers, broadcasters, and other rights holders. We expect users of our Services to do the same.

This DMCA & Copyright Policy applies generally to mobile applications, websites, digital products, and related services developed, published, or operated by Lumino StudioZ. The technical action available to us may vary depending on the Service involved.

Some Services may allow users to create, select, import, edit, organize, process, display, or otherwise interact with content. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Lumino StudioZ does not claim ownership of third-party content users choose to process through a Service.

• A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner, under penalty of perjury where applicable.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may review the complaint, request additional information, investigate the relevant Service, remove or disable material under our control where appropriate, restrict related functionality, notify affected users where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful authorities or rights holders when required.

Some Services may interact with user-provided files, external URLs, third-party websites, APIs, cloud platforms, or independent servers. If allegedly infringing material is hosted entirely by another party, we may be technically unable to remove the source material. In those situations, the rights holder may need to contact the party that directly controls the material.

Where a Service supports accounts or another reliable way to identify repeated misuse, Lumino StudioZ may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights in appropriate circumstances.
