1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, websites, digital products, and related services developed, published, or operated by Lumino StudioZ (collectively, the “Services”). It explains our general approach to collecting, using, sharing, retaining, and protecting information across our portfolio.

Because individual applications may offer different features, an app may provide additional privacy disclosures where a particular feature requires different or more specific data practices.

2. Information we may collect

The information collected depends on the Service, the features you use, your device settings, and permissions you choose to grant.

• Information you voluntarily provide, such as email address, support messages, feedback, account details, prompts, files, or other content submitted to use a requested feature.
• Technical and usage information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, approximate location derived from technical signals, session information, feature interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
• Advertising identifiers where advertising is enabled and permitted.
• Purchase or subscription information needed to verify entitlements or provide paid functionality.

3. Device permissions

Some Services may request access to device capabilities such as camera, photos, videos, files, microphone, notifications, location, Bluetooth, nearby devices, or other system features when required for relevant functionality. You can review, grant, or revoke permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit the feature that depends on it.

4. User content and processing

Some applications may allow you to create, select, edit, organize, scan, analyze, compress, display, or otherwise process photos, videos, documents, audio, text, or other files. Depending on the feature, processing may occur entirely on your device or may require temporary transmission to our systems or a third-party provider.

Lumino StudioZ does not claim ownership of content merely because it is processed through our Services.

5. AI and automated features

Some Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated processing. If you choose to use such a feature, information necessary to perform the requested function may be processed by us or by a technology provider supporting that feature. Where appropriate, additional disclosures may be presented within the relevant application or feature.

6. How we use information

We may use information to provide and operate features, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot crashes and bugs, improve performance and usability, analyze product usage, provide customer support, process purchases and subscriptions, verify premium access, display or measure advertising where applicable, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation.

7. Advertising

Some Services may be supported by advertising. Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, ad impressions, and engagement information in accordance with applicable law and their own privacy policies. Where required, consent choices may be presented to you.

8. Analytics and third-party services

Our applications may integrate third-party technologies for analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, authentication, advertising, payment processing, subscription management, customer support, or other technical services. The providers used may differ by application and may change as our Services evolve.

9. Purchases and subscriptions

Transactions made through Google Play or another marketplace are processed by the applicable platform provider. Lumino StudioZ generally does not receive or store your complete payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information such as product purchased, purchase status, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, or transaction identifiers needed to provide paid functionality.

10. Legal bases for processing

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we may process personal information based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating and protecting our Services, or compliance with legal obligations, depending on the circumstances.

11. Sharing of information

We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate the Services; where required by law, court order, or legal process; where reasonably necessary to protect users, Lumino StudioZ, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or similar business transaction; or when you direct or consent to the disclosure.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or misuse. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for the audiences described in the applicable Google Play listing. Unless a Service is specifically designed and disclosed as being directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum legal age in the applicable jurisdiction without appropriate authorization.

15. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other controls provided by applicable privacy law. You may also manage device permissions and advertising preferences through your device or account settings.

16. California privacy rights

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to applicable definitions, thresholds, and exemptions. These may include rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain qualifying sales or sharing of personal information. Lumino StudioZ does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

17. International data transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you reside. Where required by applicable law, reasonable safeguards are used for international transfers.

18. Third-party links

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with independent third-party websites, products, or services. Lumino StudioZ does not control and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, availability, or content.

19. App-specific disclosures

This policy is intentionally written to apply across multiple Lumino StudioZ applications. If a particular app uses materially different data practices or sensitive functionality, we may provide an additional notice within that app, on its store listing, or on a product-specific page. If an app-specific notice conflicts with this Policy for a specific feature, the app-specific notice controls for that feature.

20. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, technologies, providers, business practices, or legal obligations change. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. We may provide additional notice where required by law or where a change is material.
